My boyfriend and I went for a week getaway and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the hotel, as our room had been upgraded to a supreme hollywood theme room. Needless to say we were spoiled. Overall it was an amazing experience. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff are great. We had a split stay in different theme rooms. The first room was the igloo room. The fan was so loud when it kicked in but wouldn't stay on consistently. We ended up having to shut it off as it would wake us up every time it kicked back on, since we had to shut it off it got quite hot in the room. The Polynesian room the second night was much better. Fan stayed on and had a great restful sleep. Each floor is themed the same as the rooms. Complementary apples in the lobby were a nice touch. One of the elevators was not working at the time which made for longer lines getting back to the room. Staff was friends, check in was fairly quick. Valet attendants provided excellent service. Not sure the price is worth the stay to be honest. We stayed at I won a prize package, otherwise probably couldn't afford to spend 2 night here. The pricing of the "luxury" theme rooms is crazy. My teens want to stay in the Pirate room but likely not happening anytime soon. :) overall it was a nice stay but out priced for the average income family.

I recently stayed in the Roman Theme Room at Fantasyland Hotel, and the room itself was fantastic. I used to work as a housekeeper during my college days, so I tend to notice the little things—dust, stray hairs, and areas most guests overlook. This room was absolutely spotless, which was such a relief. We truly enjoyed our one-night stay and felt comfortable relaxing in the space. >.< Unfortunately, the check-in and check-out process wasn’t as smooth. There was confusion around pending charges, and at one point it appeared we were going to be charged twice. The electronic key through the hotel app also didn’t work for us. >.< Additionally, we were told our package included complimentary fondue, but we were unable to redeem this through room service. One of the reasons we chose this stay was to relax in our room rather than go out to the restaurants, so it was disappointing that there was no alternative offered. >.< The entrance experience could also use improvement. Accessing the hotel through the parkade felt sketchy, and the front entrance was not salted and very slippery. It would be helpful if there were designated parking spots specifically for hotel guests rather than sharing with mall shoppers. >.< Overall, I would stay here again—the room itself was excellent—but I do hope the check-in/check-out process improves and that the app functions more reliably in the future.

Every team member—from management and front desk to the bellhop and housekeeping—exemplifies professionalism and warmth. I stayed here with my daughter just before Christmas. We didn’t book a theme room, yet the room had Roman decor which was nice. The room was huge and had a great view from the 11th floor, yet it did seem a bit dated. We had great service from the staff, and I was able to check my suitcase while exploring the mall. My only complaint is that the elevators are not all operational so waiting for the elevator takes a while.

Fantasyland Hotel is a great place to take the family in the Prairie Winters! We had the pleasure of Tal G helping us at the front desk during our stay. Tal is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Stay at the hotel, and you never have to go out to the cold! Shop, dine, play in World Waterpark or Galaxyland amusement park. Don’t miss the Christmas Theme Room sale…. So much value!

Recently stayed at fantasyland hotel, in which we got the luxury theme space room. We had a wonderful stay, however for $700+ a night, I honestly expected a bit more for the room decor. It felt very Hollywood themed but with space theme wallpaper and the space bunks. Otherwise wasn’t a luxury feel to it. Could have almost fit into the regular theme room since it wasn’t overly big either I felt for the room size. Stating that, it was still a good stay and the kids loved it. (Definitely want to try out the Dino theme room next time). Check in and out was all good and great that you get a discount on park passes if you book through the hotel. Hotel was close to a lot of the amenities we needed and wanted to see and do during our stay. Overall, it was a great stay and recommended for a mini vacation if needing one.

Wife and I stayed here for the weekend. Needed a weekend away and we were going to a comedy show in the mall so decided to make a weekend out of it. We stayed in the modern Polynesian room which seemed to be recently updated. Was quite nice, bed and pillows were comfy. We ordered room service from the L2 grill Friday night when we got there and the food was awesome. There was a hockey tournament in the mall and lots of younger kids around the hotel but it was still fairly quiet once we were in the room. Only downsides were it’s impossible to find the light switches as the room is fairly dark and the switches are black. And there are random switches for weird lighting and some switches that don’t seem to do anything. As well the lights must of come from Temu, they flicker which was annoying. We ended up just sitting in the dark with the TV on. But those are the only complaints we have. Enjoyed our stay.
